WINDTRE Family Protect, realizzata con il supporto di Avast, azienda leader nella sicurezza informatica, è l’App di Parental Control che si prende cura della sicurezza in rete e ti permette di controllare e proteggere la navigazione della tua famiglia, sia in casa, che fuori casa.
L’App permette ai clienti mobile di controllare e proteggere la navigazione dei figli in ogni momento, e ai clienti fissi di monitorare e proteggere tutti gli oggetti connessi al router di casa.

WINDTRE Family Protect ti permette, in pochi e semplici passi di:

• Bloccare o filtrare i contenuti che ritieni inappropriati
• Bloccare le App dei Social (Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram, TikTok, etc)
• Bloccare le App di Giochi (Minecraft, Fortnite, PokemonGO, Clash of Clans, etc)
• Bloccare le App di Video (YouTube, Netflix, SkyGo, etc)
• Bloccare le App di Messaggistica (Facebook Messenger, Viber, Skype, etc)
• Scoprire quali app e siti web sono stati utilizzati di più e bloccarli
• Scoprire quanto tempo passa tuo figlio su determinate app o siti web (compatibile solo con WINDTRE Junior Protect installato su dispositivo con sistema operativo Android)
• Gestire fino a 10 dispositivi tra Smartphone e Tablet
• Sospendere da remoto la connessione Internet
• Impostare dei limiti temporali all’uso di internet
• Verificare la posizione di tuo figlio
• Controllare lo stato della batteria dei dispositivi associati
• Effettuare il trouble shooting del router di casa
• Ispezionare lo stato di tutti gli oggetti (IoT) connessi al router e bloccarne l’accesso a Internet

Ti ricordiamo che, al fine del corretto funzionamento del Parental Control, sono necessarie:
• l’App WINDTRE Family Protect, installata sullo Smartphone o Tablet del genitore
• l’App WINDTRE Junior Protect, installata sullo Smartphone o Tablet del figlio.

Per i clienti che utilizzano la versione mobile, attivare la protezione e connettere il proprio Smartphone con quello di tuo figlio è facile e veloce:

• Installa l’App WINDTRE Family Protect sul tuo Smartphone o Tablet
• Effettua il login con il numero “amministratore” comunicato in fase di sottoscrizione
• Crea il profilo che vuoi proteggere e aggiungi un nuovo dispositivo
• Avvia la procedura di associazione del dispositivo figlio inviando il codice
• Clicca sul link ricevuto dal dispositivo genitore e installa l’App WINDTRE Junior Protect sul dispositivo da proteggere
• Apri l’App WINDTRE Junior Protect sul dispositivo ed inserisci il codice.
• Inizia subito a proteggere i tuoi figli dai pericoli di Internet.

Per i clienti che utilizzano la versione disponibile con il fisso, la protezione del network di casa sarà attivata automaticamente all’attivazione della rete fissa (nel caso di nuovi clienti), o successivamente all’inoltro della richiesta tramite App o altro canale di vendita (per i già clienti).

Al fine di monitorare e personalizzare il livello di sicurezza richiesta il cliente dovrà:
• Installare l’App WINDTRE Family Protect sul proprio smartphone o Tablet alla ricezione dell’SMS contenente il link all’App Store
• Effettuare il login con il numero “amministratore” comunicato in fase di sottoscrizione
• Creare i diversi profili da associare a ciascun membro della famiglia e assegnargli il livello di protezione desiderato

Per utilizzare WINDTRE Family Protect in modo gratuito, è necessario attivare una dell’offerte Junior, oppure si può utilizzare attivando l’optional WINDTRE Junior Protect al costo di 0.99€ al mese, con 1° mese gratuito, compatibile con tutte le offerte mobili e l’offerta fissa di WINDTRE.

For customers using the mobile version, activating the protection and connecting their Smartphone with that of your child is quick and easy:

• Install the WINDTRE Family Protect App on your Smartphone or Tablet
• Log in with the "administrator" number communicated during the subscription phase
• Create the profile you want to protect and add a new device
• Start the pairing procedure of the child device by sending the code
• Click on the link received from the parent device and install the WINDTRE Junior Protect App on the device to be protected
• Open the WINDTRE Junior Protect App on your device and enter the code.
• Start protecting your children from the dangers of the Internet now.

For customers using the version available with the fixed line, the home network protection will be activated automatically when the fixed network is activated (in the case of new customers), or after the request is forwarded via the App or other sales channel ( for existing customers).

In order to monitor and customize the level of security required, the customer must:
• Install the WINDTRE Family Protect App on your smartphone or tablet upon receipt of the SMS containing the link to the App Store
